Ebay Customer Instructions

First off, I'd like to thank you for purchasing your internet business website from us.  We appreciate your trust in us and strive to get you started on the right foot.

The first step is to make sure you get your payment to us as soon as possible.  This ensures that you get your website and domain in your possession as soon as possible. 

Your domain will be transferred (for free) through the registrar Name.com, so if you don't already have an account there, please sign up for one at: https://www.name.com/account/login.php. 

After we receive your payment, we will be in contact you through email to obtain your information for the transfer of your files, domain name and step-by-step business plan.  Please ensure that you check your e-mail for our messages.  Remember that you must also check your bulk-mail or SPAM folders in case our messages accidentally got sent there.

We will be asking for following information:

What is your name.com account user ID?  This is so that we can push/transfer the domain to you.

Do you need us to upload this site to your server for you?  NOTE: There is a $20 service charge for this and we will need your FTP & CPANEL info.
